An order can be customized if you email us with your request prior to ordering.
*No returns* If you receive a damaged product, email us with 24 hours with the pic of the damaged product. we'll will then work with you to solve your problem. We may need to re-made product and sent to you as sson as possible. You may need to pay for the shipping cost again.
You will then be able to mail it back to TSMehndi and a re-made product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
All orders are sent via Canada Post which is a flat rate based on the weight and shipping address, as well as packaging and handling fees. Shipments are sent out within 3-5 business working days of receiving payment. Please note that there is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays or Statutory days in Canada.
We also offer client pick up from our Mississauga location. Client can pick-up by appointment only. Please send an email to [email protected] . If you choose to pick up from us then you don't need to pay for the shipping. you can also transfer payment via email transfer to [email protected]
